Have New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg Declared Medically Insane - For State Background Checks

NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg made the following statement:

"I don’t think there’s anybody that’s defended the Second Amendment as much as I have"

and

"There is a question as to what [in] the Second Amendment was written. You can read it to say they only talked about militias, or you can read it to say they wanted guns in your pocket. I don’t know, that’s up to you."

Since Mayor Bloomberg is not aware of D.C. vs. Heller which declared the militia phrase in the 2nd Amendment a prefactory clause; Mr. Bloomberg needs to be declared mentally ill so that way firearms he is surely hiding on his personal property is confiscated for the safety of all Americans.
