NFL Cheerleaders are vastly underpaid. These women put in countless hours practicing with no compensation and $100 a game. A union would allow these women to be paid what they are worth. If a women practices 5 days a week and it only paid on the day of a game they make below minimum wage. The girls do try out and have the option to quit their job but they should be rewarded for their talent. Look into this matter as these women are being paid less than minimum wage for their duties.
The Dallas Cowboys can afford 1 Billion dollar stadium but cannot pay their cheerleaders, an asset to the organization, more than $150 for their sacrifices.
