Have no texting while walking/crossing the street be a law in the U.S.A to avoid serious injuries.

Everyday people risk their lives by texting and walking/crossing the street. I am making this petition so "We the people"can prevent it from happening.I am willing to make a difference in this United States ,and this is one of them.
