President Obama is guilty of the following offenses against We The People of The United States:
- Appointment of cabinet personnel without the approval the U.S. Senate (as required by the U.S. Constitution)
- Abuse of executive powers. i.e. Healthcare reform
- Abuse of powers by manipulating the EPA
- Abuse of powers by manipulating the DOI
- Failure to enforce federal immigration laws
- Ordering the FCC to give him complete control of the internet
- Failure to enforce and defend laws adopted by congress
- His administration's involvement in "fast and furious"
- Using illegal executive orders to bypass all other branches of the government in order to move the country from a free enterprise economy to a socialist economy
