Have the Office of Science and Technology approve NASA's plan to net a 500 ton asteroid and tow it into a lunar orbit.

NASA has created a plan to capture a nearby 500 ton asteroid in a huge net, tow it near our moon, and steer it into a stable orbit around our moon. This would be invaluable for future moon/Mars/asteroid missions, AND be a platform for microgravity and hard vacuum manufacturing.
