The time zones are out of date and there are some places that don't even DST. When there are no more time zones then there is no more confusion when talking to people across the country or setting meetings when you're in Seattle and you have to fly out to New York. People would just wake up at different times instead of everyone waking up at 8 in the morning. For example, when the sun comes up in that region it may be 7 in New York, 8 in Kansas City, 9 in Denver, and 10 in San Fransisco. Places like China have already gone to a single time zone across the whole country and it would be nice if we could save the confusion and we follow in there footsteps.
