Have open skies to Cuba to allow all US citizens to enter the island without all the restrictions that apply now

We have an island off the coast of the United States that could be another stop in the Caribean cruise industry.
Also the Cuban people are in such need of food and other basic items, that would create opportunities for the US by selling items to the island and helping the Cuban people as well. I believe it would create jobs in the USand would help the US economy as well as assisting the Cubans.
We are able to travel to China, which is a communist country but are not allowed to travel to Cuba unless is to visit family and then after a long list of requirements are met..
I for one left Cuban when I was 11 and would love to be able to return just to see what the country I was born in looks like before I die.
