All elected officials (EO's), individuals elected by the citizens of the United States to include but not restricted to Senators, Congressmen, the President, all white house staff and members of the cabinet, shall reduce their annual salaries to match that of the average median income of the citizens of the United States. EO's shall also be required to utilize the same national health care plan as all other Americans and will get a retirement based on the same principal as the United States Military. EO's will be required to obey the same retirement age as their constituents (the American public) thereby eliminating the fact of those speaking for the people having generation gaps with the public. Consideration for term limits for all EO's similar to that of the US President reviewed also.
