To have the Pacific Northwest to form Cascadia and Peacefully secede from the United States of America.

Northern California, Oregon, and Washington should secede from the United States and form Cascadia, the reason is that the Pacific Northwest is getting much more diverse, and the second reason is that cities like Portland and Seattle are becoming more dangerous, and if Cascadia is formed it could clean up those cities, it's time for Cascadia to secede from the United States.
