To have our representative government be more representative of the people; all elected officials should be paid the median income of the people they represent. Their pay would increase/decrease based on that information.

Vice President: Average between Senate Majority Leader and Senate Minority Leader
Senate Majority/Minority Leader: State Median Income + 10%
Senators: State Median Income
House Speaker: Average between House Majority Leader and House Minority Leader
House Majority/Minority Leader: District Median Income + 10%
House Representative: District Median Income
