Have people do more volunteer work, or Social Justice

For every person to do over 24 hours of volunteer work, or Social Justice, there should be a tax break, or other form of motivation. There have been multiple events that have caused destruction, and while some are helping to repair, others are donating money. While donating money helps, it does not get the job done. Instead more people should be leaving their place of living, going out, and fixing our country.
