have people incarcerated do hard labor for a reduced sentence

Created by A.M. on July 23, 2013

We should have prisoners preform hard labor for a reduced sentence. It costs the United States taxpayers over 33 billion dollars for people to be incarcerated. If they preform hard labor, at least they are reducing their deficit to the taxpayer. If fifty percent of all the convicts that have been incarcerated come back to prison, then obviously locking them in a cell with another inmate is not working.
