This website allows anyone to make a petition and causes there to be many duplicate petitions. The Obama administration should pass control of the site to an impartial third party for regulation. Petitions should be reviewed before being posted in order to prevent duplicates. When someone tries to post an already posted petition they should be forwarded to sign the original petition instead of starting another. This will allow a better chance for petitions to get a significant amount of signatures.
