Have Police departments receiving federal money only have Police Officers that meet normal Body Mass Index guidelines.

Created by T.B. on January 27, 2013

Any local Police Departments, Stations, or Jurisdictions receiving federal money must have only Police Officers and service personnel that meet the normal Body Mass Index guidelines for their height and age. Any officer over the BMI recommendations should be placed on a 60 day probation period, after 60 days if they are still not within the guidelines they should be let go for failure to complete the job requirements. The Obesity epidemic has no place within Police officials and should not cost taxpayers if they are unable to do their job.
