Have police officers wear cameras while on duty, to prevent unnecessary force.

I live near Ferguson, mo and their have been riots and looting and etc because people believe a young man was shot and killed for surrendering himself. Witnesses claim he had his hands in the air, police claim he starting to charge at and attack a police officer. Having cameras like go pro or something by having them on a necklace or just clipped to a pocket can help determine who was right and wrong. It also helps and protect the people and officers. The cameras can become vital evidence in similar issues. Hopefully the cameras will make everyone (citizens and police alike) aware of their actions.
