The goal is to have the police force retested every 5 years for mentality stability. There is an initial test to enter the department, but none after. I thank everyone in the police force for doing their job. It is not an easy one and can take a toll on some more than others. All I am asking is for a retest because I want to see unnecessary police violence on the community . When the police force has to use force I know they do their best to use the right amount when needed. In social media we see more and more excessive use of lethal and non-lethal violence, some with unnecessary weapons. Lets reduce this rate by having a simple psychiatric retest every 5 years.
