The government of Puerto Rico is taking drastic measures in order to pay its debts.
We the people of Puerto Rico suggest that there should be a government restructure in PR. There are currently 78 municipalities in Puerto Rico each with its own mayor, senator and House representative. There should be less municipalities in order to save money by paying politicians that have done more damage than good to the Puerto Rican people and its economy. This will also result in less unneeded political friction when passing bills.
The US Congress needs to take action in order to prevent the same politicians that have put the Puerto Rican people in this ordeal to keep making bad decisions on our behalf. There is substantiating evidence in the following hash tag:
