If President Obama is determined to make dystopian futures from fictional works a reality then he should at least wear the Judge Dredd uniform to make his intentions obvious. The fictional character, Judge Dredd, was charged with the power to not only enforce the law (like the executive branch) but also to try, sentence, and execute citizens. Dredd was "judge, jury, executioner." Like Dredd, Obama also believes he has the power to condemn & execute citizens.
Obama also has a disturbing thirst for drone warfare, which, while killing innocents and sowing hatred for us across the world, does fit in nicely with the scifi dystopia Obama's aiming for. So, we would also accept Obama wearing a Terminator-esque exoskeleton. If he needs metal, he can start by melting down his Nobel Peace Prize.
