I strongly believe that President Barack Hussein Obama should get a sex change because only then can inspire Americans to embrace people of all genders, races, and cultures. As the first black female transgendered woman to be president of the United States, s/he has the power to truly change people's opinion in the future - Forward. Maybe there will even be a second Nobel Peace Prize on the horizon, Barack.
