Being the Preisdent of the United States of America is a noble position for any American. The position is also a role model role within all Americans, and with that role comes a certain level of being able to relate to us on many levels.
We, the people of the United States of America, petition President Barack Obama to drop the microphone at the end of his final address to the nation, walking away thereafter.
The "mic drop" has been a staple of expressing confidence and self-satisfaction after performances that the speaker feels have been strong for many, many years. I believe it would be a great thing to witness a President feeling accomplished enough about his performance as POTUS, and his final speech, to drop the microphone after those actions.
