President Obama, please show support for a league beloved by millions and actually go to a regular season NHL game. Any game, at any of the 23 American NHL arenas will suffice.
Not only will you be showing interest in a sport so passionately followed by so many Americans, but by focusing on and enjoying the product on the ice, you'll be helping us all move on from the recently resolved labor and trade dispute that left so many without work for so long (please understand this means those that are neither management nor players, but the forgotten many who earn paychecks from the business of NHL hockey).
Additionally you'll also be making quite a positive statement to our largest trading partner, Canada, who so loves the game as well.
And you'll have a great time because hockey kicks butt.
