In response to an inquiry by US Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, the Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder has written:
"It is possible, I suppose, to imagine an extraordinary circumstance in which it would be necessary and appropriate under the Constitution and applicable laws of the United States for the President to authorize the military to use lethal force within the territory of the United States".
We demand President Barack Obama address the Nation in Person and explain weather he concurs with the Attorney General on the notion that the executive branch has the unilateral power to authorize the assassination and or use of lethal force against US Citizens within the United States and weather "extraordinary circumstances" nullify the Constitutional right of due process.
