This petition is to have President Obama make a public address to the nation about the cold blooded murder of an American WWII Hero Delbert "Shorty" Belton. He has made similar addresses in the death of George Zimmerman's attacker and I believe that the President needs to pay his respects to the American public concerning the unprovoked death of this great American Hero by two cowardly thugs.
