It occurred To me that The President does not necessarily get briefed in depth on everything. Jack Herer (Last name rhymes with terror), compiled a documentary about the cannabis plant. When I hear the president talk about marijuana it's obvious that he is deficient on knowledge about it. This is the book that Tommy Chong read and he said he got to about the third or forth chapter and had to stop when he realized how little he knew about pot. I think that The President when making decisions about Cannabis should know at least as much as Tommy Chong, especially since Jack made it so easy to learn. I just want my President to be informed instead of misinformed.
