I would like to have our President at a time of much discussion about guns and gun violence in our society, remind all parties to the discussion exactly what the Second Amendment to the Constitution says. It reads "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"
