The Boy Scouts of America discriminates against the gay population. Other organizations, including the U.S Military, do not. My son entered Boy Scouts at the age of six, and enjoyed Scouts, only to be denied Eagle because he is gay. Many teenagers already feel shame for who they are, and this adds to the rejection they feel. Discrimination is never OK, and should not be tolerated, especially against children.
