Go out among the people you wish to regulate, experience the things they do, and learn the basics of safe firearms operation.
Take a basic firearms safety class among the common people, learn to shoot safely, and the basic rules of ownership and operation.
As it stands, you're suggesting changes to things you merely see the side effects from - without actually understanding how and why and what they are.
Get involved directly, and we will respect you and maybe even be able to reach common ground.
