U.S. President Barack Obama should give serious consideration toward taking his Oath of Office on Monday, January 21, 2013 within the Rotunda for the Charters of Freedom (inside of the National Archives Building) while placing his hand on the vault displaying the U.S. Constitution --- and put an end to the Inauguration Day Oath of Office ceremony on the west steps of the U.S. Capitol that was started under President Ronald Reagan.
