The NDAA 2013 Bill- H.R. 4310 takes away our Constitutional right of a trial by a jury of our peers, this law would detain even a U.S. citizen if they suspect involvement in a terrorist organization, indefinitely. President Obama also said he would veto this bill of it didn't include the closing of Guantanamo Bay (which it doesn't). This bill was voted against in the Senate by Senators of all political parties such as Patrick Leahy (D), Bernie Sanders (I), and Rand Paul (R).
