Have the President order a stay of execution for Ray Jasper, who is scheduled to be executed in Texas on March 19th

Ray Jasper is set to be executed in Texas by lethal injection on March 19th for a murder that the state agrees he didn't commit. Ray Jasper was accessory to murder, but although he was a part of the crime he did not murder anyone. He was convicted under the "law of parties" so although he did not commit the act of murder he was charged with the same crime. Furthermore the person who had committed the murder has received life in prison exposing the extreme hypocrisy in our judicial system. We are petitioning the President to order a stay of execution, and spare this man's life.
