Have the president RESIGN for negotiating with terrorists and wilfully and deliberately jeopardising American security.

President Obama has wilfully and deliberately put American lives and the country's safety at risk when he released 5 Taliban leaders for the life of an ostensibly AWOL soldier. The president has rejected his oath of office to protect and defend the nation and the constitution and should immediately resign from office.
Similarly, the president has chosen to negotiate with terrorists; he has rejected American policy not to negotiate with terrorists going all the way back to the XYZ Affair and he has acknowledged that the released Taliban leaders will quite possibly end up back on the battlefield, plotting to kill Americans.
The president's dereliction of duty thus requires him to resign the office of presidency.
