This type of program (which can also be used to identify other unbalanced individuals who may tend to operate within a family or larger group of peers to carry out racist activities) can also be used by individuals within a person's peer group to identify individuals who are on the verge of committing physical acts of aggression or retaliation against a person within a larger group motivated by hate for:
