have random drug testing for anyone on welfare/food stamps/government assistance

I grew up right up the street from a housing project and personally saw how the "poor" people of this country spend their food stamps and welfare checks. They complain when we have to cut these things but what the people don't know is that probably 85-90 percent of them use/sell drugs and don't even bother to try and find a job but yet they are able to afford nice clothes, gold jewelry, nice cars or parts to put on their cars (rims, etc) but yet they claim they are poor and expect the hard working tax payers of this country to pay for it for them. Make it mandatory to randomly drug test people on government assistance and if they fail kick them off until they clean up their act
