All states should have random drug testing for all people who are on any type of government assistance. They need to make it a hair follicle or blood test so that they can see if the people have done any drugs in the past 6 months and for all the people who have any type of drug in there system that they cant provide a prescription for need to be kicked off all government assistance. If you can afford drugs you can afford your own grocery and medical.
