To have random monthly drug screens for Disabilty and Wellfare applicants.

I think that every person who is on Disablity or any kind of Wellfare should have to take random monthly drug screens. If they fail then they get their benifts taken away. Now I know that some people are on some medications but if there are unneeded medications or other drugs within the system then again, it is taken away. Why should we pay for people to live on our taxes when they don't have a job to pay for things but they have enough money to buy drugs? Vote to pass this!
