Have recall elections for all members of Congress, Senate and the executive branch, for dereliction of duty.

Due to the passage of laws by Congress, the Senate and the President and their designates that contradict the United States Constitution and the will of the people of these United States all elected officials on the Federal level should face their constituents in a recall election for their seats that they represent. Those seats that are vacated due to the election should be offered in election by the state of the vacated seat.
