Have a recall vote of all Seneate and Congress members if a decision cannot be reached if sequestering is implemented.

All members of congress and the senate should have a recall vote due to the lack of communication and inability to make a decision for the budget of the United States. Futhermore impeachment procedures should be brought against the president of the United States if he cannot have communication and direct contact with the leaders of the Senate and Congress. All time off shall be discontinued for all members of the senate and congress and a minimum of 16 hours a day shall be mandatory to remain at the work place in Washington DC untill all matters have been voted on and put into law.
