Have the school system Re-Rule the PDA system

I think the PDA rules should be looked over again and have lighter or no consequences for students caught holding hands, front and or back hugs, and pop kisses. Everything else like Making out, or touching private parts should remain the same punishment as before. I think there should also be a time limit in how long you kiss for example the student caught for pop kissing his girlfriend before class; that should be alright but if teacher catch the student kissing or pop kissing more than once the student should be required to have their parents sign a sheet of paper that lets them know they the student was caught for (BLANK) also there should be parent contact to make sure the note arrives to the parent.
