Have schools be liable to be sued if A Child is Bullied to suicide that went to the school.

We the people want The Obama Admin to pass a Law that allows family's of kids that were bullied to the point of suicide to be able to sue the school for failing to provide a safe education for our kids. Also to be able to sue for false advertisement that a school says it provides a safe learning environment which it did not uphold. We gotta make schools liable for failing to protect kids from bullying. Sense schools currently do nothing to stop bullying we the people must force the schools to do something about it by taking away money from the admin of the school board and superintendent. We need to make schools aware of turning a blind eye to bullying means something,by holding them liable is the only way to make them understand.
