have schools search with reasonable suspicion but have to give a written explanation.

If this is done correctly it will give a way to keep schools safe but give a complete reasoning for the search before hand so the reason of search will be understood. This is a change to school policies but will make the schools safer since there is not enough time for warrants. "A student and his/her personal property are subject to search by school officials if reasonable suspicion exists that the student is in violationtion law or school rules" This rule should remain and our 4th amendment rights are differnt.
