Created by D.H. on July 29, 2015

With interior issues.
The Supreme Court serves at the pleasure of the president and the president can add or subtract judges at will. If the Supreme Court passes something it must go to the president for pass/fail and then to the Senate for p/f.
The president can fill all his national offices at will and the Senate can review this personnel with a 51% p/f.
When the election is over we will rewrite the Constitution using the president and the Senate. All items presented will be on the ballot so the public, the voters, can vote on the Constitution. A person must get at least a 5% approval rating or more to be on the ballot.
