Senior staff members of schools or teachers with extensive teaching backgrounds should be REQUIRED to have a concealed carry permit, gun safety and shooter scenerio training and the OPTION of being issued (by the state) a police issue handgun loaded with non leathal rounds and/or a tazer gun. These small arms can be hidden under clothes so not to have an impact on the atmosphere of educational instutions.
