Require sexual assaults reported on a college campus be reported to city police as well and require each college to visibly display the number of reported sexual assault incidents with guidelines to prevent being a victim of sexual assault. This will help raise awareness for the all too prevalent issue of sexual assaults on a college campus and prevent further attacks.
