have a sign up sheet for people that want to volunteer for a human placement chip. I feel this is well worth being one!

For anyone that want to volunteer to have a chip placed in them for tracking. I feel baby's and children need to have this done to keep them safe. The sick people out there that kill or sex actions on children need to stop. I feel this would make them stop because they would be caught. The amber alert on the real problem child is not the way to get the children back in time. Please sign to volunteer to get this pasted for all of us.
