have a State Dept. & Govt. objective to encourage all Muslim leaders everywhere to PUBLICLY condemn Jihadist violence.

Muslim Imans and leaders in many cases probably preach non-violence to their followers, but there is no broad evidence of their preaching non-violence to non-Muslims in a broad public manner. Our media concentrates on the Jihadist violence acts so the presumed "Muslim silent majority (?)" is not heard from. I propose that the State Department and all appropriate government departments make it a prime objective to try to convince every country's leadership to convince every Muslim mosque and religious leader to have a campaign to PUBLICLY condemn the Jihadist violence so that non-Muslims can hear/read about the "majority". Without hearing such from the leaders, we non-Muslims feel that they do not support non-violence and may be in cahoots with the Jihadists.
