Have States go green with creation of jobs by having cities run off solar power and wind power utilize rain water n city

We need to change our way of life by using Wind And Solar power and conserve rain water in our cities. This will creat jobs to instal and maintain and free us of burden of fossil fuel,etc.Store rain water in large underground vats for watering of gardens, and other uses
