Have States, stop outsourcing the care of the "MENTALLY ILL", more & more, to the "CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENTS"!!!!

"HELP FOR THE MENTALLY ILL"!!!
States like N.J., have shut down, a number of Mental Health Hospitals/Facilitys the past 10 or more years, and have outsource the problem of dealing with the "MENTALLY ILL", to the State's County Jails, and State Prisons. These Correctional facilitys/Officers, probably get, a few hours of training, in dealing with the "MENTALLY ILL", with their treatment not being much different, than a so-called NON-MENTALLY ILL" person. Most familys (like mines), who have a family member, who experiences episodes of when their behavior becomes threatening (not only to themselves, but to others), are reluctant to call law enforcement, because they they (we) are afraid of, how law enforcement may handle the situation. possibly injuring our love one.
