This is a focus on unethical treatment of animals, pets and wild life. People are constantly beating, torturing and killing animals for their own sick enjoyment. These people are getting away with their harmful acts and should be stopped! They deserve more than a court fine and a slap on the wrist. It is time that we as a nation stop harming creatures just because we can. Law abiding hunters are not included in this petition.
