The US Government must make it it's responsibility to teach modern Americans, namely children and teens, what good culture is. The only man worthy of this task is famous musician Benny Goodman, a man before his time. However, one major curb stands in the way-Death. Alas, Benjamin passed away in 1986, but let this not be a problem. The Obama Administration must make it their duty, nay, their PRIORITY, to return the US into a time where actual talent was the standard for the arts. By the year 2020 the White House shall have revived Mr. Goodman so he may lead us into a renaissance, and so the world will look on in envy at the happiness and taste of the average American. The upbeat tune of Swing and Jazz contradicts the depressing lyrics or Rap, and will create a happier, ecstatic generation.
