have the Supreme Court hear the appeal of the Romeike family and allow them freedom to homeschool their children.

The Romeike family have been denied political asylum from the U.S. Government although they face persecution from Germany for homeschooling their children. For the U.S. Government to do so states that they are not supportive of homeschooling families. Even worse than that is the implication that its a "privilege" to homeschool your children rather than a right to educate your children in the manner you deem appropriate!
